  The
Clinton Cemetery Association purchased the barn that
sits in front of The Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park in
2011. They graciously donated the use of the barn to the
park.Ken Noon thought of
the idea to paint the barn and add the logos of all of
the branches of the military to it. The painting is
completed and we are working on the logos.
The barn, in the future, will
serve as a stage for special events, park offices,
storage and more.
We have been told that the barn
belonged to a player of the Canton Bulldogs, the first
pro-football team, and the beginning of the Cleveland
Browns. We are still researching this.
We would like to thank Ken Noon,
Michelle Kelly, Doc Higgins & Rich Shilling for all of
their work in getting the barn painted. We would also
like to thank Sherwin Williams and Ohio Blasting
Equipment for your generous donations.
