These
beautifully polished barre grey granite memorials will
eventually surround The Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park.
Several of them are already in place with room for many
more.
The
monuments intentionally look like standard grave
markers. This is to remind us of the incredible
sacrifice of those who have given their lives in the
name of liberty and for the safety of our nation and our
families. Many brave men and women lay beneath a stone
that looks just like these.
We cannot
thank these Heroes or their families enough. We do hope
that we can give them a place to remember, reflect and
share the memories of those that are missed as they read
the words of gratitude that are engraved on many of
these memorials, as well as the other monuments
throughout the park.
The
upright memorials are 30" tall and 40" wide. The
engravable section is 22" high by 36" wide. They can be
engraved with text, logos, images and more.
Donations
for these memorials make for a great fundraiser for your
company, church or organization. The funds raised
through the donations will go to help us finish The Ohio
Veterans Memorial Park and to maintain the grounds once
it is complete.
The
donation includes the stone, design, engraving or
blasting, foundation and setting the monument at The
Ohio Veterans Memorial Park.

We are happy to assist you in
planning and scheduling a memorial
dedication ceremony once the
memorial
is completed. These ceremonies are a
great way to gather friends and
family to participate in placing the
memorial at the park.
The delivery time is determined by the
availability of the blank memorials and current
number of memorials being worked on. Please
contact us if you need further details.
Cost
$ 2,500.00 is the standard donation for an
engraved upright memorial. This covers the cost of
manufacturing the memorial, placing the it
at the park and a generous donation to help
us complete and maintain the park.
Some features on a memorial may be extra, such
as portraits, either engraved or printed,
and engravings in areas other than the
standard location.
Placement
The upright memorials are placed on the
perimeter of The Ohio Veterans Memorial Park
between each of the pear tree memorials.
Once the park is completed, these memorials
will completely surround the park.
